Rarely does an article come out on a “controversial” subject in which I agree with almost 100%.
So let me tell the author, James Hussaini…….Amen!
This article explains why it made absolutely no sense for me to remain at RE/Max, or to move to a different “traditional” brokerage firm. Rarely do you get the opportunity to both improve customer service AND reduce your own cost of doing business.
