Throughout my blog series and web site, www.raymaxteam.com, there are descriptions and references to the new “urban life style” taking hold in many areas around the country. The quintessential example of this is the Reston Town Center; however, the same design and architectural/life style thinking has been finding its way into many other local communities, from Arlington, Alexandria, Tysons Corner, and now further west into Loudoun County, just over the Fairfax County line.
One Louodoun has been in the planning and development stage for some time. The real estate decline in 2008-2010 arrested the development for a short time, but that has merely allowed people to digest a changing landscape, and make One Loudoun a more desirable place.
Rather than reinvent the wheel, I will pass this promotional video on, given to me by my good friends at Miller and Smith, one of the area’s premier boutique builders.
