Reston Town Center Value Report: The Paramount — 1830 Fountain Drive #1207

Image

The Paramount is possibly the highest quality construction of the high rises in the Reston Town Center. The Paramount has only 100 units, mostly spacious with high ceilings and many top-flight amenities. The Paramount is located one block from the Reston Town Center main square and fountain, and across the street from the convenient Spectrum shopping plaza.

The Paramount has 15 floors, and floors one through twelve have eight units. The value report is focusing on unit 1207, for its spacious and open floor plan, with wrap around deck and panoramic views of the Western mountains and Reston Town Center. This is the “Atlanta” model, which wraps around the Northeast corner of the building, with a large deck off the living room and master bed room. It is the highest floor upon which the Atlanta Model exists.

At 1744 square feet, with nine foot ceilings, fireplace, new hardwood floors, this Paramount home, #1207, shows like a model home and should sell at, or close to, its listing price of $780,000 with little difficulty in this tight market.

As with any of new properties I designate in my blog as “Reston Value Listings”, this is not my listing, but I will offer anyone who references this article a 1% rebate at closing if you use the RayMaxTeam as your Buyer agent. This is my way of helping the buyer with the high closing costs associated with a purchase, and a way of saying, “thanks for listening to me.”
