Reston Town Center Report: The Savoy

 

Summary – The Savoy is a well appointed and beautifully landscaped 365 unit condominium development, a short stroll to everything in the Reston Town Center. Like its “sister building”, Market Street Condominiums at Reston Town Center, The Savoy is a stretched-out, four-level design and represents the most affordable option of any RTC building constructed in this century.  The fourth floor homes have dramatic cathedral ceiling, most with lofts. Amenities include a pool, work out room, business center, multiple club rooms, and concierge service.

 

Summary of sales in 2013 –  In an overall market marked by limited listings and sales, and smartly increasing prices, there were 31 sales in The Savoy in 2013. Prices were somewhat flat.
